free fps animations

i want to make an fps game but i cant animate. im all alone and hoping someone could tell me where i can get free FPS animatipns, it would be best if it was a full body animation but arms and a gun works. it does not need to be with a model, i have that. i just need some animations i can modify to my usege. can somone give me a link or give me their own

or i hear the new mechanim built in to unity 4 is pretty cool.
