    Hi Unity Community,

    This is my latest project.

It is a story about an old whale walking on stilts through the desert in search of a lost ocean.
    See the website here: flewnstory.com
    Here is the youtube trailer:

It will be available on the iOS app story December 9th 2015. Let me know what you think!

This looks too graphically intense for a tablet or smart phone.

iDevices these days exceed last-gen console specs; there's no reason an iPhone/iPad can't handle this fairly easily. In any case the art is pretty amazing. While the "whale on stilts" genre has been done to death by now, I think you may have come up with an interesting new take. ;)

@boothj1985 this is 2.5D style of rendering. Basically, the scenery is sprites layered out along a Z depth plane. The art was mainly created in Cinema4D and then tweaked/color corrected and sprite sheets laid out in Photoshop. The frog cycling is a video clip. In all, runs buttery on modern mobile devices.

    Wow :)

Have to say I love the art on the poster, that alone has a huge draw of intrigue for me, and that's before I watched the trailer.

Well done, looking forward to seeing this, all the best

Watched the video again, I see the background does remain flat but it still looks pretty good. I personally would add extra artistic elements to distinguish it.
