    it looks nice but you should look into the polygon limit. It looks like you actually modeled the all the lines on the air vents and all the holes on your floor / stairs. You should replace the floor holes with a alpha texture instead and then also look into normal map with will bring out all the screw details on your wall instead of modeling them all because having them all modeled will draw more of your memory. Ofc some of the screws could be modeled but in that case you should look into a system that disables them on distance. I can see that you have Unity pro with includes a LOD system already you could take a look at that.
