Drug Effect | Manipulating Image Effects to create a drug effect.

Hey, i was wondering how to make a drugged like effect with image effects, like changing colors, blur, noise, etc.
But i need a script.
Basically my character picks up some pills and ingest them, so here is when i want the drug effect to start, i really appreciate if someone could give me an idea or a script to do this.
