Bug Custom layouts are not saved correctly

    Problem

    I make my own layout and save it. Next time I load the layout, the relative sizes of the windows are not correct.
    Every window is virtually the same size.

    Reproducing

    1. Load default layout.
    2. Stretch the Inspector window to the right so that it's very small horizontally.
    3. Save layout as Custom Layout
    4. Load default layout.
    5. Load Custom Layout.
    6. Observe that the Custom Layout did not preserve the relative size of the Inspector Window.
