create bike simulation game for Android, need recommendation

I'm a new learner for Unity engine, so for 1st step to learn:
I want to create simulation game for driving school learners for motorcyclist
of Android mobile apps..

inside the game, I intend to insert 3 components:
1st is for education, similar as driving manual book;
2nd one is theory test, multiple choice question;
and final part is practical test, the 3D simulation for motorcyclist through circuit training

I'm want to use Agile methodology, and still finding a techniques suitable for it..

so, is there any recommendation or anything can improve my project?
