Could not initalize license activation window

    hello guys i need help with this error i have when launching unity and it really bugging me like every time i uninstall it and re-stalled it i still have it and when i use depends walker it say that am missing 3 dlls files called
    api-ms-win-down level-advapi32-l1-1-0

    api-ms-win-down-level-ole32-l1-1-0

    api-ms-win-down level-shlwapi-l1-1-0
    dlls

    and if you can help me that would be great.
