Climbing the 2nd moutain (while starting a new game)

    Finished the last game.... good. Starting a new game. I can tell you, it has been 3 weeks. We have decided to make 20 different games in that time. So hard to start a new game, when we haven't even finished climing the advertising mountain for our last few games.

    I guess times goes on, and eventually, prototypes will stick.

    What process do you use to start a new game project?

    Idea > Prototype > Feedback > Fleshing > Polishing > Release. In a nutshell :)

    I'm not sure about the majority of the community members, but this is the process that I use when starting a new game project ;)

    Been there bro. It's a fun time of exploration. Though, my favorite time is when a real project is ALMOST done. And at the moment, I'm in the 'Done and waiting for Apple phase'.
