    Hi All,

I'm working on a city package... Any body interested with this package of mine?
    Package infos:

Its for mobile (top down) not for 1st or 3rd since the texture is too blurry from near view.
    -ultra low poly models.
-one 4k texture for all buildings another one 4k texture for props and the road.
-modular road (has the ability to create 2lane roads)
    -modular power line
-this package will have skins from normal to old/ghost town to apocalypse etc.. but will be available on debut or package updates.

I'm still hesitating so I would like to hear from you guys. Your feedback will help me alot. TIA!

ps I'm only selling the models and texture no sfx since i'm still learning unity.

    Closer view

It is very VERY urban jungle-ish. No greenery at all. Concrete jungle.
It looks pretty low poly too, but that could be very good for lower end mobile builds.

I think other people who may be interested in this will want to know more information than you've provided, such as poly count, material/shaders, textures, draw calls, how does it look with lights? etc etc.

I'm very interested. One suggestion is try to to make different road widths and also roads that go at 45 degree angle. This may be more interesting.

hi theANMATOR2b, Yes I do have open texture space left for trees and bushes. I'm still searching for ways to tackle trees using low poly model. I may use card but i doubt it will work or will it fit to the general design..

acortix thanks for the feedback. your suggestions are noted

The update is nice for people that may be interested.
A couple small critiques I can add.
    1. On the last couple images the overlay texture that is evident on the rooftops looks too large and overly contrasted, and (I don't know if this makes sense) overly random. Suggest making the overlay texture pattern smaller, less contrast and more defined into the cracks and edges with slight variances scattered around.
    2. On the last couple images the ground and street overlay has noticeable tiling also.
    3. In all the images The concrete ground surface is too dark in my opinion. I think it should be a lighter color than the street color.
