Change texture to NEW PICTURE you take with camer

Hey, I am developing android APP and it works like you take a photo of something and the photo is your new background image. But I dont know how can I do the load image as texture thingy - because it works only like in Unity editor. But I dont know how can I replace the default texture with the new one in exe file (without compiling it again). Thanks for answers!
