Yes, that's what the license says (but do note: IANAL)

You are allowed to use TurboSquid models in your Unity games, both commercial and free ones. The only requirement they pose is that the models cannot be easily unpacked from the final game distributed to your players.

If you work in a team, they even let you to add the model to the project where other team members could access it (though they're only allowed to access the model wihtin the context of that project then).

One thing you have to be careful about is their "Editorial License". If that is on a product, it's basically a "no-go" - you can only use it in journalism or cultural works.

That, at least, is my layman's understanding of their license. If you want a binding statement, let your lawyer read the license and explain to him/her how exactly you intend to use the assets.

It's probably made free because it has Goodyear written on it and you can't use it like that commercially either (needs name removed).

That's what its for! Yeah, but Ostwind may be right about the Goodyear tyre. But you never know. You could ask them. If they like your game. It might be free advertising for them!

    Ostwind is correct.

    From the license:
TurboSquid doesn't have have rights, you would need to obtain rights from GoodYear. You will not get the rights. But it does look like the logo is a texture and not part of the mesh, so you can just edit that part out.
