Blur Background help anyone?

Can anyone give advices or anything I have this menu and i want the background to blur. Here`s a sample

To expand on that, you'll want to import the "Image Effects" package via Assets -> Import. More on that here.

Once you've imported it, select your camera and click Add Component -> Image Effects -> Camera - you should find Depth of Field there.

 

And, I may as well include this. You need either Unity 4.x pro or Unity 5 Personal/Professional to be able to access image effects.

I see you have personal, but thought I'd mention regardless.

 

i dont see any effects how to fix this? or im just missing an update?

 

Try right-clicking in the assets window, maybe?
