    Thanks for attention.

Know you if have any way to export the Terrain Texture?
My intension is Model and Paint the Terrain in Unity, after export to decimate. All this to use my terrain with Low Poly to Mobile Devices.

Hmmm, I was thinking that the children objects turned into a single object.
Now I understand how this script works.

@sandolkakos: Np :) Thats a good idea, You could texture your terrain-mesh in your 3d app.

Write bug report to Unity. Crashing is not fault of pack, but Unity.

    Really nice !
@Jacal : there are some lags on the videos, could you tell me if it's only a video problem or if you shot these on a computer that wasn't performant enough ?

@KiraSensei: Thank you, the scenes are running very well on my PC, even when recording, these small breaks are hiccups caused by the camera animation curves.
I'll post some new videos soon, for demonstration.

Those trees in inventory video placed on little grassy "clouds" look amazing. I am already imagining platformer game while jumping on those. Anyways just wondering how you made grass becouse it looks really good, is it just mesh planes manually placed?

Hi Jacal, I purchased this 2 weeks ago, I have not had any performance issues or anything but I am having an issue using this with unistorm because of the image effects. Did you modify any of them? When I import unistorm and it imports the same image effects I get a few missing definition errors like the scripts were modified.

@Efraser2007: I haven't modified the image effects. It seems, in Unity 3.5.2 some image effects aren't working properly, at least on my machine.

    Hi Jacal,

really nice work, however what I really need is to learn how to build something like this?

So let me suggest that you release a video training lessons (paid) to teach us how to do that?

Or at least release some videos with this pack teaching us how to customize the asset in your pack, and how to build a complete scene like the one you do.

Please let me know what do you think

It was with 3.5.1 but it wasnt an issue with them not displaying properly it was an issue with values having different names or additional fields or properties that were not in the image effects imported with unistorm, my problem is if i use the image effects included with the environment pack the skys in unistorm turn black when they transition because of an issue with one of the image effects. If i use the image effects from unistorm i get errors regarding no definition found meaning that one script is trying to access members of another and the script it is accessing does not have those properties.

@bravery: Thank you, I'm not a very good teacher but i can give a few tips: To create assets, it's good to work with tools like Zbrush or Mudbox.
(creating a high-poly model in Zbrush and retopologize in your 3d app (3d max, maya, modo, blender....... ) I work more than 90% the time in Zbrush. Small example i found on the internet. :

For the landscape design i gather inspiration from landscape photos and drawings, i think the isle_01 scene it's a good example how to place the assets on the terrain and how to manage Lod, occlusion culling and other settings in Unity.
    Hope this helps.

    Thanks man for the hents,

However maybe I'm interesting more in the designing the level inside unity itself and make it look so stunning like you did?

I mean how do you design your amazing terrain? do you sculpt them in ZBrush? or do you use unity terrain? how do you reach such a great thing?

    Thanks

@bravery: You're welcome, it's good to start with a quick sketch to capture your ideas for the whole look of the landscape.
For me it feels easier to sculpt the terrain in Zbrush and import the height-map to Unity.

    Hi jacal,

I was wondering how you were able to get point lights to render shadows in forward rendering mode? I know that you can force a shader to render in forward mode but im not sure how you are doing it with this package. Also another question, how did you balance out lightmaps and dynamic lighting? I have had multiple issues with this where shadows and things are way to dark and i have to turn off receiving and casting shadows on all objects that are lightmapped.

@Efraser2007: I enabled deferred lighting on the Main Camera / rendering path, it's only enabled in play mode.
To balance out lightmaps and dynamic lighting, I just take my time to tweak things until it "feels right" to me.
    Hope this helps.

How do you know when it feels right? it usually takes a long while for a lightmap to bake, are you baking the whole scene or just certain things?

Don't worry about the pirates, just focus on supporting buying customers.
Then the pirates might be temped to buy it.

Yes I know everything is being pirated.
My point of view to whole the piracy thing is, that people who are working really hard on their projects, wouldn't risk their product by using pirated stuff.
It just isn't worth it. :)

@Efraser2007: I installed 3.5.2 and made a few tests but everything is working as intended, The screenshot you have posted: It looks like the terrain is missing the grass texture.
Has anybody else the same problem ?

They're pretty awesome. You should consider selling them - their look is unique - pretty realistic but still clear and without all the messiness of the stock photos.

Anyway - I'm getting those on my next project. Cheers.

This is my first official purchase on the Asset store. I will be using this in a youtube trailer for my AI package(And long term projects as well), maybe I'll throw in a little credit in the end. ;)
