Best add ons for mobile ads and in app purchases with playmaker.

Hello Unity Community (that rhymes),

I am an indie game developer who is starting out in unity development. I have a free version of Unity Playmaker and 2d Tool kit. I haven’t made a game yet but I’m trying to setup and learn. I want to be able to put in app purchase and ads into my games. I want to publish 2d games for iOS and android I also would like to grow into other phone stores and facebook. I have a limited as in non existent / my own funds budget and I’m looking for the easiest and best add-ons for the best cost. I would like to know from fellow developers what would be the best options and add-ons to go with. A bit of guidance from those who have been there before and released games would be helpful.
