Automatic hyperlinking

Hello everyone

I am currently working on a project and have come across a issue, this issue is that I have alot of links in my game thant arnt links. I am posting this to ask if there is any way to change these be external hyperlinks without manually doing them all, as this would take a while. I dont mind if the way of fixing this salution is already built into unity, a plugin or something that we may have to code togeather but any infomation, tips and hints would be greatfully accepted.
