Asset Store Download Problem

    Hi, I've bought a package from Asset Store (advanced particle effects), when I try to download, it gets stuck at 49% and doesn't move. I've tried restarting unity and my pc but it didn't solve the problem. Everytime I start download, it jumps to 49% and stays there. Is there any way to fix this?

    Go to "~/Library/Unity/Asset Store" delete you download (49%)..

    I'm a windows user so I've checked ~\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Asset Store but it isn't there. I've started a search for the publisher AnByte on whole C drive but it didn't return anything either. By the way I assumed the percentage was download but it actually says "building package 49%". Is there anywhere else these information are kept?

    Thanks. This worked.

    1) Close Unity
    2) Deleted directory under "~/Library/Unity/Asset Store-5.x/myAssetName
    3) Relaunch Unity

    my unity asset store cant download anything too,
    how to fix this? when i select any thing in the assetstore, the download is stuck to some percentage and not updating at all.

    searching around google did not help at all. are there any logs or information that atleast give idea on what the hell is happening?

    I deleted the folder but still dosent work :( please help me
    I downloaded the asset but not saved the scene and now its not the and also wont be able to download

    I have had this issue as well. When I looked for the unity folder inside the library it was not there. Couldn't access it via terminal either (I'm a Mac guy). What I finally did is:

    1) Opened the download page in the asset store (in a browser)
    2) Deleted the stuck download (the little trash can)
    3) Opened a blank new project with no packages/assets at all
    4) Opened the asset store inside the project (windows drop down menu on the tool bar- select asset store)
    5) Found the asset
    6) Hit the download button
    7) Transferred the asset/folder into the project I needed it in

    Hope that helps someone.
