Wow, you're models are looking really great.

Do you make them animateable, e.g the bellow of the smithy? And can the player also enter the houses (do you also make some interiors for the houses)?

I've added this as an enhancement request.

    > player also enter the houses

There will be walls and sample scene. That is, the corners of a house, "T" "L", "U" sections of the house (in case you want to make a multi-room house).

You're very talented, these models look absolutely fantastic!! Do you make the textures from scratch or you start with reference image that you process? Either way it looks amazing, makes me want to stop trying creating art and get this instead.

    Must....have.....hay bales........now... :)

Could you sell just the hay bales themselves as an asset package? I can't find decent looking hay bales anywhere. The houses look great.

    > hay bales

    What kind of hay bales?

The one I am making are:
    • haystack or hayloft (depending on what English word you use)
    • bale of hay (looks like a yellow coloured hill)
    • bale of grass (looks greenish colour, like used to feed cattle)
    • big bale of hay (something like 3 in one)
    • small bale (cut open)

The ones that are shown in your picture are just fine. :) I don't know the exact name for it. I thought it was just a haybale?

It's a rectangle with "twine" around it. So the ones you show in your picture are the one's I am wanting.

The lamp post looks good. But that last image of the gate doesn't match. You've got a blue, fantasy-styled roof, with a realistic, image-based texture for the brick walls. Doesn't look right to me.

It depends on how many models you will put into the package. The quality is really outstanding. If you put everything in the package you mentioned in your introduction, than $70 are totally ok.

    Hi,

The brick wall and red brick are hand-painted. They look like that since the original screenshot was 2048 x 1536 and then scaled down 50% as this forum don't allow huge uploads. It would also be annoying if you had to wait 1 minute to view a huge 4MB png file.

Amazing! 70$ sounds good to me. I can't afford it but if I could and needed something like this, I'd definitely pay 70$ for it.

Any chance for some keep components beyond the gates? Maybe some towers and turrets? If those are included, I would definitely purchase this for my next game.

    Hi Polywick,

Your houses and other things are looking good. However, in my opinion, you would need a few more different "types" of buildings in order for the package to be worth the $70 price tag. From the screenshots you've shown so far, the buildings look great, but they're kind of mostly the same type of building (i.e. village store building).

But, the church and the sawmill are a great start in providing different "types" of buildings. And that's exactly what I would want, that's what I'm looking for. For example, could I suggest maybe an "archery range" type building (with your same style of course), and a "stable" type building (for horses or knights). If you included those two types of buildings in the package, I would definitely look at picking this up, even for $70.

Don't get me wrong, your quality would be worth $70. But right now, the quantity of content I don't think would be worth it yet.

My 2 cents :) Thank you. Great work so far!
