About UnityGUI

GUI creation is a little world unto itself, and although largely unrelated to other design and coding tasks, it is a very important part of game creation. Indeed, it is so important, that we've decided it needs a forum board all of its own. This is that board and we've named it... UnityGUI.

This is the place to ask technical questions about Unity's GUI classes and to discuss good GUI design and how to achieve it with Unity. GUI-related topics do sometimes come up on the other forums, but naturally, this is where the experts tend to hang out.

Before posting, it is advisable to search the forum to see if the topic has been raised before. Not only is this good etiquette, but it involves less typing than writing a post and also gets you an immediate response.
