    We are having many problems translating from unity to blender for the animations, so we had to disable some features, we will try to fix everything for the next update

    Note that all Animations and character are stil WIP, they will change in the next updates


    Update #5 :

    - New Character
    - New Animations
    - Fixed some problems with collision
    - Smoother transitions between animations
    - Fixed problem when standing on edges

    it will have both singleplayer and multiplayer

    by the end of this month we will probably start doing the multiplayer so we can have more feedback and improve the game

    just to say that we are progressing very good, already fixed some problems and i believe we will have all new animations for 3 weapons for the next update ( the M4 , the sniper and the new UMP ) we will upload the new update this week

    one thing we really need to fix is the lighting of the level, since we don't have unity pro we are very limited in many ways.
    we will try to do our best :), i already improved alot the texture of the new UMP and the M4, now it has alot more quality

    Original textures are better (my opinion), all static part of any weapon will be black, only moving parts are grey in colour, gas parts will either be a brushed grey/black colour or grey. also in my experience, magazines are always black or dark grey.

    Other than that very nice :)

    New Update #6 :



    In this update we made a new weapon, new animations and a new building

    there are some bugs in this update, but we will fix them in the next updates

    if you have any suggestions please post here so we can fix or add to our game :)

    new Sniper rifle (TAC-50)

    it's almost finished, just a few more improvements and i'll start animating
    this week there will be a new speed modelling video of this weapon, be sure to check it out :)

    Looks awesome! I was just wondering, how many people do you have on your team (modelers, music composers, coders)? Your game looks like it's got a lot of potential, keep up the god work!

    we are considering using the first because it's the most realistic of all and shows alot of the weapon, but we would like the feedback of the community first before we do this :)

    we choosed the second one and already have all animations done for the sniper :)

    Very nice work on the gameplay aspects of the game and I hope all of your art compliments this work when you get to adding more of your own art and animations to the project. i wish you all the best and hope this turns out well as i love the way you have the game working so far!

    Hi everyone, Sorry for the delay, we will probably post the new update this weekend, featuring a new Weapon, No weapon gameplay and bullet penetration :)

    Hello everyone
    Here is the new update #7 :



    In this update we introduced :

    - Bullet penetration (only affects some objects and bullets take less damage to enemies)
    - New Weapon (TAC-50 sniper)
    - abiliy to walk without weapons (will be more complex in the near future)
    - places targets around the map
    - some improvements

    Really nice work.

    Do any of the weapons have bullet drop ? Looked like you aimed slightly above the target with the sniper near the end.

    yep there is is bullet drop... I think they talked about it in update 1 or 2 :D

    Looks very good, but penetration of metal is not really realistic, unless you have barret 50 cal.

    Guns can penetrate metals if they use AP bullet but im not sure that UMP45 that uses 45acp can penetrate it even with AP bullet.

    Sure and even if they did they dont penetrate metal object with over 20cm of lenght , like they are showing, again unless we are speaking of barret.

    they do if in close range and that metal is not 20 cm wide its around 2-3cm which can be penetrated.

    in the previous updates we showed that bullets are affected by gravity and take time to reach the target

    @janpec
    it was to demonstrate the bullet penetration system we have
    we will choose what object does and doesn't let the bullet penetrate through

    Just a little note from someone who has fired hundreds of guns and rifles since a child and who owns rifles. When you fire the last bullet in the magazine of your rifles the bolt stays in the open and locked position (some exceptions yes, HK91, etc). Just inserting a magazine does not make your next round fire :) Also, pulling back on the charging handle like in your AR would do nothing (since the bolt is already in the rear position) all you would do is pop it backwards and it would slide freely with no resistance since its not fighting the tension of the bolt. To load the round into the chamber you need to hit the bolt release on the left hand side of the gun (check image, bolt release is labeled 3) http://castleofevil.com/ar15/ar17.jpg Only then would you be ready to lock and load again. #1 is dust cover (usually its closed and once fired it pops up and remains open) #2 holds open the bolt, #3 closes bolt when pushed, #4 Safety, #5 bolt handle # 6 rear sight adjustment.

    The only time you would not need to do this is is you fired all rounds except for the one currently in the chamber. In this scenario the weapon would be hot, round in the chamber and the bolt would be forward. Once the round is fired and extracted the next round automatically loads in.

    Thanks, the texture doesn't have any texture in that image

    thanks for the feedback :)
    we will keep that in mind and try to correct it, since we don't have any experience with real weapons(the closest thing to using a weapon was when playing airsoft),so we don't really know how every part of a weapon works

    thanks, we plan to release a multiplayer alpha just so people can test it and give feedback, but not anytime soon i think... maybe one or two more months


    also
    there won't be any video update this week, we are working on improving the graphics and redoing our map, so it can have more variety and color
    But we will post a new video probably later today or tomorrow when we reach 200 subscribers on youtube :)
    it will be a video showing what we have accomplished since we started posting our video updates of our game and to apreciate everyone for the support
