We have a "game" running with the web player. The game is freezing up for one of our customers, so I asked her to run a DXDIAG test. I am attaching the report for anyone that may be able to shed some light on things to look for ...

One obvious item that jumps out is that in the DxDiag notes (essentially an overall summary) it says:

Display Tab 1: No problems found. Direct3D functionality not available. You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacturer.

So I've asked this person to see if they can update their graphic drivers. Does this make sense?

Also, more broadly ... It was my understanding that Unity could use either DirectX or OpenGL. So in this case, would that mean that Unity would try to use OpenGL or would Unity first try DirectX and then fall over if it were there but not functioning properly.

I am quite sure that I've completely mangled this issue. But I dont understand this stuff and you've got to start somewhere ...
