Unity creates "stair" shaped curves on FBX/C4D import

    Hello,

    already created a bug report this week (case 391341, no answer yet), but I just wanted to know if I was the only one to experience such a bug :

    Any time I would import a .C4D / .FBX animated model from Cinema 4D (R11) to Unity (3.x), the position curves would be completely stair shaped. See the picture for more info.

    Anybody else experiencing that ?

    bump,

    would anyone having Cinema 4D R11 could just import a C4D file with one animated Joint (not bone, joint) into Unity, and look at its Position curves under Unity's Animation window ?

    Ok, I downloaded a trial version of Cinema 4D R12, and tried a FBX export.
    No more stair shape/twitchiness at all in Unity.

    Definitely came from a buggy FBX exporter in C4D R11.
