post processing frozen screen shader

    THIS SHADER WENT COMMERCIAL AND CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE ASSET STORE.

    (If you were lucky enough to grab it previously, you are free to use it anyway you want but i would appreciate your support if you buy it before using in a commercial product.)

    Wow, 4 new image effects in 2 days, I'm impressed! :)

    Do you take requests? A full screen effect I wanted to try to make is one that makes the screen "pixelated". As in this image:


    I found this in Unity Answers:

    but haven't figured out how to scale the screen resolution with an image effect yet. In the mean time, I'm using rendertextures as the other user suggested.
