    I've been taking a good look at the various dialog systems available here, and many of them are really good, but none of them does what I want. So I'm writing my own.

    What this does is:
    * branching dialog system
    * audio, animation and subtitles
    * can execute arbitrary actions at any step in the dialog
    * most importantly: cinematic camera controls

    This is greatly inspired by the first Vampire game, which had such a feature.
    What it means is that for each part of the conversation, you can specify a camera perspective. There is a good assortment available, from profiles to side-shot or the classic "over the shoulder" shot.

    Here are two screenshots and a shot of the editor interface.
    I still have a few things to sort out, especially interface controls. Right now, everything just runs on auto-pilot with no way to speed up or slow down by the player.

    Yes, I will publish it. No, it probably won't be free, but I will very likely be using the "pick your own price" model again that I've used for my Terrain Tools.

    Great idea, I look forward to seeing the finished product. I just bought one of your sky packs yesterday and this conversation system looks like it will be on my list as well.
