I recently switched to Unity 5.4.0b15, downloaded here on Kubuntu 16.04, it was working fine, until I decided to build my game.

As you can see here, the game is in full screen mode (64 bits version) and there's a white rectangle at the top. Elements are still in the right place (my mouse is over the Credits button), but the display is off.

However, the windowed mode is fine

I tried windows builds, they are fine, but I haven't checked mac builds.

I really don't know what could cause this, I need help please!

If you can, tell me if you have the same problem with your game or with mine. Maybe it's a driver problem on my computer, but I need someone to test if I'm the only one with that problem.

I forgot to mention this project was created on windows on Unity 5.3, and moved on linux. But I tried with a completely new project, with only a camera and a button, the same problem appears :/

I've got the same problem with Unity 4.7.2f1
Works fine in Windows but each Linux build the mouse is offset.
Did you find a solution for that?

I've noticed that a switch from fullscreen to windowed mode and back to fullscreen can fix the problem, but that's just an improvised solution.

This behavior was a regression caused by Unity editor changes for Linux, and subsequently fixed there.
If you're experiencing a similar issue on Unity 4.7, it's unrelated.
