Hey everyone, I have been working on my game and I am at the point where I need sprites for my characters, however I am not a 2d person. I found a lot of free assets for everything else, to include the terrain, UI, ect. but I am missing sprites for characters.

Now I have 3d characters already modeled, rigged, and animated to multiple formats. I would like to use these for my sprites, is there anyway effective way to convert them? I currently am using a bit of software I found online, that was developed by some random guy and it works well, but inside his old software it does not allow for multiple textures to be applied.

Does anyone have any solutions for this? I can use the software I have now, but I would have to reskin hundreds upon hundreds of pure black sprites, and I would like something that would not have me do that lol.

    Thank you.

Just take screen captures of your 3d character and make the sprites. I think it should work
