18 FREE Skyboxes UnityPackage!!!

Hi Everyone!

I have produced a collection of 18 FREE Skyboxes for ALL to download and use both non-commercially, and commercially, and I have created them as a UnityPackage for easy import into your projects.







Bit about myself, I have just discovered Unity (being a PC user), and I am blown away by this awesome product!

I have worked on several 3D related projects from a 3D Track Design program for Hornby Scalextric in the UK http://www.scalextric.com/track-designer, to several web 3D product presentations for a number of companies.

As I have just started out using Unity, I have created a webpage http://www.alabsoft.com/unity3d.shtml, containing all the information I have gathered since discovering Unity, I hope it will be of use to anyone else getting started with Unity.

I myself have plenty of ideas for projects I wish to produce with Unity, and I am also keen to put together plenty more Unity Asset Resources, some of which I am currently working on or will be working on soon are as follows:

* More Skyboxes
* Updated Camera Control Scripts
* Various Tree Packs
* Building Packs - Including a Castle Creation Pack
* Night and Day Scripts
* Weather Scripts, Rain, Snow, Thunder and Lightning

hey, thanks for these sky boxes they look brilliant I tried to download them from your site but each time the zip file was corrupt. I tried renaming it to unitypackage with no joy aswell.

Any ideas?

zip was corrupt here, too.
I just went here (also free, same textures)...

...and grabbed the (free) skybox textures individually I was interested in. There are some really good ones in there!

At first I was thrilled you were offering "free" skyboxes. Then you demanded my email address in return. OK, I guess. Then there was a password on the zip file. OK...sigh..open up email again and get the password.

Then when I finally imported them -- no bottom textures. Totally useless for me since the bottom will not appear.

I am curious, why do you require a texture on the bottom of the sky box? Most people use a ground plane or terrain mesh set in the centre of the sky box.
