Sound not playing in Flash version

I am using playClipAtPoint to play my audio. It works fine in the PC Standalone version, but in the Flash Player I get no audio. I have verified that other SWF content plays with audio.

Does playClipAtPoint not work with SWFs?

Where they mention that you cannot change "the volume/pausing/playing in script because Flash Export does not support these features." The questions I'm finding are from 2012. Can anyone tell me if this is still the case? If it is, how do people play sounds in Flash from Unity?
