Lighting and movement question.

    I'm not sure where to post this so... How bright is the standard light? I mean the light has an intensity of 1,so how many lumens is this equal to, or how much intensity is needed to = a lumen? Second question: how fast does the first person character controller move? I guess what I'm asking is how much is 1 movement speed = to a kilometer, meter! or mph? Thanks in advance for any help.
