Slender like recording gui

    Hello I am making a game with a camera but i want in the left corner above the screen a red dot thats flikkering constandly and in the right corner the time of recording and the lines in the corners i have attached a photo its a scetch but its somthing how can i have this

    Ps. Sorry for the bad english i am dutch :)
