Searching for the "Unite 11: Intro to Editor Scripting"

I am looking for "Unite 11: Intro to Editor Scripting " video from Unite 2011.
Couldn't find it any where...
If any one can point me to where to find - it would be highly appreciated.

By Tim Cooper and Shawn White. I remember downloading a copy at some point, let me check if I can find it. I would still need permission from Unity to post it anywhere though.

 

Yeah, I do still have a copy of the webm file (first time I watched it, the playback controls for videos on video.unity3d.com where bugged). (note to self: unite-11-intro-to-editor-video.webm)

Originally the video could be found at this url. But it seems like they want to replace video.unity3d.com with their YouTube channel. It's quite a large file (1.08GB).

If you can convince the copyright holders to allow me to upload it somewhere, I'll do that, but they should probably upload it to their own channel. It still contains quite some useful information. The Documentation for GUI doesn't have the type of examples that this video does.

I don't think they'll mind if I transcribe the example code from the video, but I don't have time to do that immediately.

I have contacted Unity in regards to making the missing video available again, I asked for them to upload them or allow people to distribute them (with a link to this thread).
Still awaiting their reply.

Thank you, Graham. I will send them a link when my internet connection allows a fast upload again. Unfortunately, I had to temporarily switch to an unreliable connection last Saturday.

I expect to be able to upload the file for them next week

I would love to (or even better, posting the link here), but it's not my video and I don't want to mess with Unity's copyright. Graham only gave me permission to send it to 'pretender' and 'Nims'.
Hopefully the web team manages to sort out the problem of the missing videos soon.

 

(not directed to you by all means) But this is kind of pathetic. it's a FREE educational video, what issues could arise from sharing it?

@Graham would there be a problem if the link was posted publicly here? I'm sure you guys wouldn't like for knowledge to be obstructed in any way shape or form.

Sweet! That took a while. But I'm glad it's finally up.

 

Finally...that video is so useful to any one starting to learn the subject of Editor Scripting.
I am glad they made available again.
