Can't enter Device Address or Device Password in Publishing Settings

Hi, I am just at step 6 (Upload debug token)

..and I find that whenever I enter text into either of these text fields, it instantly vanishes when I press enter or click to another field.

I have tested the ip using ping.

Another question:
In step 4 it requests me to specify where to save the debug token.
Where do people typically save this? Initially I saved this outside my unity project folder because I assumed I would reuse this file, but then it seemed to default to looking for it inside Assets inside my project folder.

Ok.. my Device Address just became editable.. I think it was something about selecting that debugtoken.bar file again. Will probably submit a debugreport if I can figure out exactly what the cause and fix was. I tried all the obvious before, such as restarting machine of course.
