error launching unity player

Error detail : Failed to start unity player.
suddenly my unity web player stopped working and whenever i try to play my games on kongregate it only shows this error but some of the unity games works perfectly fine some giving the error . all the live demos of the site works great but Substance demo gives the same error just as lots of games .
i tried so far lots of things :
- tried updating all my drivers ,
- updated and reinstalled chrome and unity web player several times ,
- cleaned all preferences in the unity folder and in the registry ,
- tried out other browser : chrome (also in incognito mode), firefox , internet explorer , overwolf browser ,
- cleaned all browser caches and cookies ,
- tried older version of the unity web player ,
- tried creating new profile and install unity web player there but non of them helped .
- i have also made sure that not my firewall blocks unity .

AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+
AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x68F9)
google chrome version : 31.0.1650.57 m

im out of idea what should i try .

Well after many weeks thanks to a random blue screen of death i found out what was the problem … the problem that caused unity to fail to start is that i long long ago (way before this whole error actually appeared) turned off terminal services to speed up my boot process,.after i turned it back on, contract wars and other games finally started to work once again.
