All of my Animation (both Legacy and Mecanim) are jittery on Unity 4.2.1

Hello,

I seem to have a number of animation issues with Unity 4.2.1, but one of them is all of my animations, both Legacy and Mecanim are very jittery.

For instance, all of my guns are (just the guns, not the arms) are jittery.

Also, I have a human that has separate eyes and her eyes are all jittery, she looks like she's on crack.
