File Handling in unity

Dose anyone know file Handling in unity .........means how to save data and high score in unity.......and other thing.....:!::!::!::!:

 

Easiest method is to use PlayerPrefs:

But you can also use System.IO:

You may also want to look into scriptable objects as a more customisable solution.
