I submitted a support request last Wednesday in order to clear my license after a hard drive replacement. Thursday morning I recieved a reply asking which computer name I wanted cleared, I replied both, since both installs nolonger exist. Communication has been silent ever since, dispite numerous emails and phone calls.
I have a job with a close deadline. I might be able to get by with a Unity Free license, but then I might not... I need access to the software I paid for as soon as possible, and this is the only way I'm sure someone will see my pleas for assistance.
