unity web player doesn't work

    when i want to play critical swat mission and red crucible it said "required newest version auto update is failed please install manually"then i install version 4.0.1 after i install i go critical swat mission and it said"required newest version please install manually.please help me someone

    i vote for 10000000 for who help me :)
