Game Launcher?

Hey guys..

am i able to get / make a Launcher that you have to start the game trough?

( LIke Blizzard or any other game )

because i have some players that play's my game that say's its annoying to go on a site and download the "Game" again to update it.

it would be alot more easy to have a launcher.. =)
