Cinema 4d R13 inversed kinematics

    Hi,

    I'm using Cinema4d in which i created a character which uses inversed kinematics. Is there anyway to get this working in unity3d? I tried exporting to FBX and then importing in unity3d which didn't work. And i tried importing the c4d file which also didn't work.
    Do i need some plugins for cinema4d or a script or something to the the inversed kinematics to work in unity3d?

    You need to bake the animations in C4D before exporting to FBX>Unity. This script by Bandini http://forums.cgsociety.org/showpost.php?p=5748899&postcount=11 makes such a bake very painless.

    Load the script into C4D script manager and then be sure to select all the frames you wish to bake in the scene then enter the start and end frames inside the script. Then execute.
