Is there any way you could make the picture bigger?

Just show us high rez photos that are properly lit, how are we to say anything if we can't see what it looks like? Why so reluctant to show proper photos? Also post poly, vert and tri count.

I assume you mean vertices, but 12k for this is an insane amount. Also the picture is still really small.

I've never seen a model for a game that was 60,000 count for anything and the game still ran good. I agree, it's too many faces for this model. This could use a lot of polishing.

Edit: Don't take this the wrong way, but this looks low poly to me.

give the guy a break its his first organic model.... i think it looks great, 12k is to much for this character, becouse it doesnt have much detail, but for your first character it looks very nice, keep it up!!!!!!!!

Even though I said it looked low poly, I would have to agree. It actually does look nice for a first organic model.

@leonardarmstead: I'll give you some constructive criticism. Don't put green skin on this character. Put real skin. It looks much better and not so artificial that way. To help him blend in with the environment, you could paint over his skin or something, but at least put real skin on him. Also, either some more detail on the suit or a higher quality texture will make the model look much better. Finally, if you haven't already, research ghillie suits and compare and contrast those suits with your suit.
