ArchStone I've started working on a new game additional to my block engine these days. The reason behind is, for voxeliq still I couldn't came up with a gameplay-plan and meanwhile I wanted to test mobile platforms a bit. If you remember Fable II mini-game keystone, it was the start point for me while designing the ArchStone. The game is primarily targeted for mobile platforms (android, iOS and windows-phone) -- which is the very basic reason behind the game; to get experience on mobile platforms. I enjoyed this in Fable 2 but from what I can see from your latest screenshots this looks like an exact copy? Have you / will you change the game at all to make it different? I totally understand it's a learning experience and you're making great progress, releasing it on mobile app stores scares me a bit though.
Hi Adam, Yes, we have inspired from Fable's mini-game a lot. We are still working on the gameplay - though we have some cool ideas to differentiate it from Fable's Keystone. On the other side, US Copyright Office states this; (http://www.copyright.gov/fls/fl108.html) So for sure gameplay is not an issue and we are already trying to differentiate our art music expression.
