So Apple really approves games that load content after purchase?

I haven't submitted an app to the AppStore since 2008, so I'm a little rusty on the rules and agreements now. Things may have changed.

But back in 2008, you couldn't get approved if your app or game didn't already have ALL the content packaged with the app during the approval process. For example, I couldn't stream in new levels from my server.. they had to be packaged into the app during approval process.

Has this changed? Can I now release my game with only certain content package and then download the rest when needed?

    Thanks!

My game (GnarBike Trials) has 1000's of usermade levels available online, so I guess its fine to stream levels :)

It cannot compile or link new code(exceptions for interpreted languages like LUA), but assets and data files are fine.
