    Ray Wenderlich has created a free set of tutorials, "Beginning C# with Unity." They're a bit better than the Microsoft Academy C# for Absolute Beginners (sorry, Bob Tabor). You only need Unity and can use either Monodevelop or Visual Studio as your C# IDE. I have some minor issues with them, but on the whole they're pretty good.
