Expanded First Person Controller?

Is there an expanded first person controller that, in addition to allowing w a d and s, would have keys to raise and lower the camera position? I'd like for the user to be able to get a view looking down on the scene. It wouldn't have to be anything fancy like actually flying- just the ability to go up, then move around, then come back down.

(I wasn't sure if this should go here, or in the scripting forum. If I've put it in the wrong forum, sorry. Chalk it up to being brand new here.)

You would have to script the controller style you want.
