Ditto, it is a very useful project for a variety of applications. One thing I wish it did (and if I get a break I may try to add this) is to be able to add grass to any surface and orient itself to a normal of the plane it's above. That way you could add waving grass to the face of a cliff, etc.

@Aaron - I managed to get it working in 2.6 pretty easily, if you need help send me a private message.

The fix was pretty easy (once I took a moment to actually read the error message), all I had to do was to set the "is readable" tag on the plant distribution texture. Attached is the folder that I have, which I believe is just a portion of the original.
